Detoxification is a widely growing area in the field of alternative health care. All of my programs work to rid the body of the toxic substances that we’ve been subject to over the years of over consumption of wheat, gluten, dairy and white sugars. One of the most important aspects to any detoxification program is the understanding and implementation of pre and probiotics in the diet.

Detoxification is the practice of altering dietary habits to give the body’s organs of elimination a chance to rid themselves of toxins in cells, tissues, organs, the bloodstream and the lymphatic system.


Who needs detoxification? Everyone! We have to consider what we take into our bodies such as the toxic food we eat and drink as well as the air we breathe. How are our organs of elimination working? Is our circulation good? What is our frequency of movement and exercise? How is our emotional and spiritual health? Are we stressed? Lastly what is our genetic code we inherit from our parents? All these are questions that can be answered through the benefits of detoxification.
