Hi, my name is Kelli Hughes. I am a licensed Massage Therapist and a Detoxification Specialist. I work to teach and educate others how to naturally cleanse and restore true vitality back to their lives. My blog is a reflection of myself and my health inspirations for others. I began my journey through natural healing and detoxification because I used to be sick. I have struggled with all kinds of chronic health issues and it was finally through detoxification that I was able to become well! One of my favorite scriptures is Proverbs 3:6 which says "Seek God's will and he will show you the path to take." This is a very important verse for my life because my plan after I graduated was to become an elementary school teacher. It was during my second year in college that some true health issues began to arise. I was sick, miserable and frustrated. I had seen multiple doctors with little answers and no end in sight. Finally I branched out into the world of naturally healing not having any idea what was to be expected and within the first year and a half I had answers and a plan of action to fix my health. I began immediately making changes that had been recommend. During this time I also changed career paths. I went to school to become a massage therapist, then became a certified colon hydrotherapist and a detoxification specialist. It is my pleasure now to use the knowledge I've been given to help others with their health, just as a wide array of people helped me with mine.
