Hi, My name is Kelli Hughes. I am a Massage Therapist, and a Detoxification Specialist. My work is centered around health and healing from the inside out. Learning to accept and appreciate the body the Lord above gave us, and learning how to utilize it to the best of our ability. I believe true beauty comes from the inside out! My blog is named Jeremiah 7 because of its significance to my Grandfather. When I was a very young girl I remember sitting in church with my granddad and a particular sermon was being preached on, It was the book of Jeremiah. If I recall correctly it talked about how we are all truly blessed and to always remember to trust in the Lord. My grandfather was a great man of God and if you have the privilege of meeting him one of the most Amazing men in the whole world. At least that's what i think. Jeremiah 7 really resonates in my heart because no matter what stresses and curve balls life throws at you, if you are deeply planted in the word of God, nothing and no one can ever be bothered by heat or long periods of drought. I have been truly blessed with the powerful gifts I have been given and it is my goal to share them with the world. I will be posting recipes, words of wisdom, daily health inspirations and detox and wellness programs and plans. I look forward to being a health and wellness inspiration for all!
